“I Told You I Was Sick”  A story of  discovery and  growth through catastrophic illness The Hyde Park Free Library in Hyde Park, New York will host a presentation and book signing Thursday, April 24, 2014, at 7pmET. Amy Susan Crohn will appear to give the presentation, “I Told You I Was Sick!” based on her recently released book, DYING TO LIVE: Running backwards through cancer, Lupus, and chronic illness. Her event is combined with a book signing, as well as a tour of the Memorial Exhibition of the art of her brother Steve Crohn. Recently deceased and the subject of a New York Magazine feature, Steve Crohn is well-known for his post war, modernist paintings in the abstract style. The Memorial Exhibition runs through April 30th.
