Diane Fanning Featured Author at Bouchercon 2015

The world’s largest mystery writers convention, Boucheron 2015: Murder Under the Oaks, will be held this year from October 8-11 in Raleigh, North Carolina and features noted authors from around the world for its 46th year. Author Diane Fanning is scheduled to be featured  during the event and will be available to talk to fans and sign books.

Bouchercon is the world’s finest annual crime fiction event, bringing together more than 1,000 authors, fans, publishers, reviewers, booksellers, editors, and every other part of the community for a fantastic four-day event.

Bouchercon’s events are packed with panel discussions and other programs to encourage interaction between authors and readers. The convention is open to the public and readers are encouraged to attend to meet their favorite authors, as well as writers who wish to learn from several sources about all that goes in to publishing their works.

Several social events are planned for attendees to hang out, network and enjoy the company.

Thursday morning (October 8) from 8-10 AM: Author Speed Dating.

Making her way from table to table to meet readers and talk about her books, Diane will join other writers to meet with readers and talk about their books.

Thursday afternoon from 4:30-5:15: Book Signing

Diane will be signing books at Mystery Mikes table in the Book Room.

Friday morning (October 9) at 8:30: Panelist “Wartime and the Criminal World”

Diane, as author of SCANDAL IN THE SECRET CITY, talking about historical fiction with other authors.

Diane Fanning is the author of 14 true crime books, 9 mystery novels and has been featured in 2 anthology collections. She has appeared on numerous television shows, including 48 hours, 20/20 and The Today Show. She lives in Bedford, Virginia with her husband and their dog, a sheltie named Emmitt Otter.
