Jillian Maas Backman presents “The New Dynamics of Leadership” sponsored by the Student Involvement Office of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater campus at 800 W. Main St., Whitewater, WI on April 21st at 5pm. The event will be held in  Highland Hall, room 2203 and is open to students, faculty and the general public.

During her time at Bethany College Jillian learned the value of leadership development. It gave her a platform to learn the ability to balance logic and intellectual knowledge with internal intuitive reasoning leading to new dynamic of leadership. As a result she has become an innovator in the realm of creating personal paradigm shifts integrating established methods to augment communal objectives.

By combining intuitive interpretation with critical thinking and traditional problem solving techniques, Maas Backman is able to demonstrate a blend of leadership tools which lead to the enhancement of successful goals. Attendees will come away with fresh and creative ways to build their leadership skills by learning the significance of their internal thought process.

Jillian Maas Backman’s interactive presentation will spark the visionaries of the future by allowing attendees to examine their personal process of intuitive leadership and decision-making abilities.

In her book, BEYOND THE PEWS, Jillian offers readers several “lesson plans” which guide them towards developing their personal observations of intuitive leadership and to recognize the intuitive abilities in each person. Establishing the existence of logic and intuition as a continuum of traditional leadership practices, Jillian teaches the dynamics of each, as well as the pitfalls.

Jillian Maas Backman is a professional speaker, award-winning author and radio host. She is a consultant to several high-profile individuals, organizations and corporations.
