No matter what your religion or belief system, whether you are within the traditional or exploring the universal possibilities, one thing that God wishes for us is to be joyful. What does that mean? Not always do we need to be in quiet prayer and contemplation, nor do we need to be bogged down in rituals, He calls for us to be joyful in our worship and praise. Finding that joy in our every day lives is finding fun in our faith!
Having fun in the faith can be found in various ways throughout our human and spiritual experience, we must give ourselves permission to not be so serious in our faith, but to also experience the fun in the spiritual life we have chosen.
We, as faithful beings, should not fear that if we are having fun there will be penance due, but that fun and faith go hand in hand in the total human experience and connection to God.
