  2. Isn’t this why we flock to the beach after all? Nature at work… fresh salty air… the sun the freedom to walk at your own pace solo or with someone. It’s not about beauty contests…It’s about feeling good about yourself even in small ways in an embracing environment. It felt great to me… even using crutches…. in the fall. I lost weight and I didn’t even focus on that aspect… It just happened while being treated for something else…. It can for you too if you think of the weight loss as only part of your transformation holistically. And yes… those who love you will still love you regardless. Just think of “better hugs.”
