Denny Griffin is a man who wears many hats, a former officer of the law turned author, radio host, and crime investigator, he has turned his retirement into the busiest time of his life!

Denny has written several books on the history of the Las Vegas Mob, interviewing and befriending several former mobsters including Henry Hill and Frank Cullotta, the subject of his book Cullotta:The Life of a Chicago Criminal, Las Vegas Mobster, and Government Witness and Andrew DiDonato, whose story of life in the Gambino family is told in Surviving the Mob.

His latest venture is something new and different. Griffin has been contracted to write the story of Don Hill, the noted saxaphonist of The Treniers. Titled House Party Tonight, the book is scheduled for a November, 2012 release to celebrate Don Hill’s 91st birthday.

As the managing partner of Bear Media, Inc., Denny participates in Real Wiseguys, an event planning entity which revolves around real ex-mobsters! “Imagine having real dishonest to goodness wiseguys at your event.
