Jim Tanner of KB Solutions joins host, Dottie Laster for an informative discussion about the practices of grooming by traffickers and sex offenders. Not only do they groom their potential victims, but everyone in the environment around them.

Jim Tanner has been a community corrections professional since 1970. He has worked with both adult and juvenile offenders in a wide variety of capacities, served on the faculty of three universities, and has provided training for corrections professionals since 1980. He is nationally recognized for his pioneering work in field computer forensics. His contributions to criminal justice planning have also received national recognition.

An original member of the U.S. Attorney’s Human Trafficking Rescue Alliance, Selected by the US Attorney’s Office, certified by the Dept. of Justice, she has trained over 5,000 police officers and worked directly with adult and child victims. She is past administrator of Orange County, CA Human Trafficking Task Force, and her company trains organizations on human trafficking issues and consults with attorneys, investigators and organizations that serve victims of trafficking and prosecute traffickers.
