Saturdays at 5pm ET Listen LIVE:  CLICK HERE Often victims and survivors of crime become treasured activists in making legislative changes based upon their own tragic experiences.  However, most have no idea how to go about making those changes and getting them passed into law.  Joining the show is Andrew Norton who will discuss recent changes in the state of Connecticut and how they came about. We will also discuss specifics about the judiciary system and what happens next after a law is successfully passed. Since January of 2007, Andrew Norton has worked as the Legislative and Legal Affairs Director for BESB, the Board of Education and Services for the Blind, Connecticut’s agency dedicated to serving the blind and our nation’s oldest such agency.
